Anyways the whole story is long sooo here:
MC: My character
YC: Your character
In his teenage years, MC was very much in love with a boy around his age. In school, they seemed to be the happiest and healthiest couple there. In fact, their high school was quite welcoming and content with them. So much that they managed to get their spot as "Best Couple" in their senior yearbook. But, they seemed that way in school. At 'home' it was a different story. MC was constantly abused by his boyfriend, receiving hits and even burns mainly on places that would be covered up later. MC never said anything about his abusive relationship. He took the damage because he was afraid that nobody else would 'love' him like his boyfriend did in some sense. He thought that as long as his boyfriend was happy, he would be happy too. That no one else would love him like his bf did when they were at school.
When senior year was at its end, his boyfriend wanted him to apply and go to the same college so they could continue on with their relationship. He knew MC was his toy now. MC refused because he wanted a college that would offer the subjects he preferred. His boyfriend lost his temper completely, but managed to keep his anger in until the last night before his departure. That night, the boyfriend beat and raped MC brutally. MC was, of course, traumatized thoroughly and never the same after that. He never dared to speak about it.
Skip ahead five years, and MC is a college dropout. Most of the people he knew in HS went to the college he attended, and they judged him for not going to the same college as his boyfriend and then ending the relationship they thought was so 'perfect'. Under all of this pressure and resent, he decided that it would be best if he took leave.
MAIN POINT:
In present day, MC is very quiet, closed, and always seems to be sad (before everything, he was always very happy and optimistic. A skilled person to socialize and all). He doesn't have anything but a distant family and his close friend, YC, who's usually there to help him out and just hang out and talk. MC values him almost more than anything, seeing that YC knows more about him than even his family. MC realizes that he is somewhat in love with YC.. but he just can't say it because he is afraid to love someone again.
He does know something for sure. If he's finally going to be brave enough to tell YC what he feels, he knows he's going to give YC the love that MC character's former boyfriend failed to give him. It's going to be YC's job to get MC to finally open up and be his old self again. -
i like the plot, although i'd prefer if the RP was done on the RP forum if you do want to do it with me?
