I have a level 0 ? with a messed up name and sprite when it's in the PC.
And on my pokemon blue I used to have a level 80 glitch pokemon, M. I raised to level 81, then after that, it evolved into a kangaskawn (or however you spell it). Then instead of going to level 82, it went to level 61. o.O
Also, I have a level 2 arceus on pokemon diamond. XD -
And, I found a level 150 seaking and a level 140 pidgeotto on the coast of cinnibar. o.O

Missingno. And yeah I've heard that Missingno evolves into Kangaskhan.
