So I went through a good period where I haven't had any, but I've taken myself off of my medicine and I feel the onset again. Whenever I wake up my head still hurts a bit and makes me feel like I somehow hadn't gotten enough sleep. I hate them, they're terrible, but I'm not going back on prescription meds again. I'd rather find a natural way to cure things.
