Okay, I have a plot.

It is the modern day and age. Two friends, while in a park one day, get caught up in a bomb explosion. But, instead of getting injured, their bodies absorb the shock and blast, giving them some powers. But after a while, one of them (me) becomes blinded by evil, and starts to tear apart the city. The other one has to stop him. Can they do it?
