Hailey and Nera fought off an few men but were swarmed. "Someone help!" A man attacked her from behind and Nera fought off a few more men.

"Zoren go." He cradeld the dieing lions head in his lap as Zoren jumped in helping them.

Haily kicked a man in the face. she saw Zoren helping Nera. Hailey saw the arena was almost going to collapse on them. She ran over to X and shook his shoulder. "We have to go Now!" she had ergency in her voice and hoped the voice masker was working.

The lion turned into a now dull sword and he carried it walking fast but his eyes where dull. Zoren whined and followed.

Nera followed after them.Hailey was worried about X but they had to get out first.She dragged him through the building and found a back exit. she kicked the door down and ran out. Nera rushed out aswell. the building colappsed infront of them.

He stood there looking at the broken sword. Oil leaked from it and Zoren howled sadly into the night sky.

Hailey felt tears build up behind her eyes vut she fought the back."We have to leave." Nera nudged her owners hand and looked at hailey with pleading eyes.

Zoren crouched and slid X on his back and started to walk home. Jace was crushed silent tears falling.

Hailey sighed and knew Nera was right."Wait. Come over to my place...please?" She knew the voice changer stopped working. she blinked.Crap! She saw the batery was dead. Nera chuckled at her masters attempt.

He didn't say anything lost in his head as Zoren turned and followed the girls.

Hailey took ahold of his hand."Come on, Jace." she dragged him along to her shop and opened the door. Nera went inside and flopped onto the ground. Hailey sighed and took her hat and mask off."That was close..."

Zoren paced around the shop "Close...? I lost Xavier!" He had wild eyes.

Hailey sighed."Its wasnt my fault." Nera shot her a look. they both lost something they cared about. She shook her head. Nera sighed and trotted upstairs. Hailey was left alone with Zoren and Jace.

He sat in a chair craddling the sword and Zoren kept pacing. "It cant be fixed. The guy knew what he was doing." Shivers.
