I got it. It stands for Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps. It's a class in our high school and she picked it. :P

Eh it's too much. She has this uniform and she has to march and all that. Nah. Not something I would do. Plus we have long hair (hits mid back) and every thursday she has to put it up in a bun. You can't have long hair. :P
