just bend over until you feel it pulling. hold it for a few seconds then go back up. rest for a few, then repeat. each time going down a bit farther
so I'm at my cousins for a party or whatever, and we order a bunch of pizza. everyone else focused on the other boxes, leaving me with like a medium pizza of Jet's deep dish. at the time, I didn't stop and think how I should just take the box with me. *after I finished* Dx quit making me run around *sits, taking deep breaths trying to ease the pain* -

xD knowing them, they tried to get me to run around, playing said game, but I'm like 'no. not unless you want vomit all over you. I'll do it later.'
so we played some card games instead. which got intense -

playing 'Spoons' to get the spoon from them, you have to fight tooth and nail..or kick them in the shin.
you'd see that look in their face, it tells you that they're close to having all four cards. watching everybody else, watching the cards, watching the spoons..
so when we all race to grab them, we're either fighting over them, or some are sent flying
it's worse if my uncle plays it xD he says that you use the spoons to hit their hands so you can grab what's in the middle
KEMPS did too. you know someone has it, but you don't know. either you call it, or their partner does -

xD it is. sometimes I manage to sneak it, and we keep on playing. I just keep passing the card along acting like I didn't do anything
