I understand how it all can build, I felt that way when my uncle died. I had a hair trigger for a couple of weeks, strange for me.Thats when I got into shooting, to blow off steam. *looks her right in her eyes* What can I do, my Alpha?

I hunt.. But shooting dosent help. Yelling does.. Hitting stuff.. -says softly meeting his gaze- Pain helps.. Am I crazy?

Is there a gym nearby to where you live? Id say take up boxing. And your not crazy, not by a long shot.
