I know and I finally got a hat that he wears!! I just need the akatsuki cloak and the ring plus the slashed headband of his.

Yeah. There is a shop at a mall near me that has the cloak but not the ring.

There's no place near me or even in this state that I know of that has anything anime related, except Hot Topic.
