  They're both swimming up to the top of the tank and sort of like, putting their lips a little over the surface. Does anyone, veterinarian, fish owner, ANYONE, know what this means? I'm a bit concerned, I think they might be sick.

  They do it constantly, I don't think they're hungry, I feed them regularly.

  It means they're hungry. i have 2 goldfish that i've had for 5 years....just hungry.
