I watched to episodes of Death Note. I already love it and I ship L with Light! >:D also I have a hunch that L also has a Death Note and they're both Ryuk's (he said he dropped two). So that would be why he knows they both need to know each others faces and names and why L figures so much out so soon.
This probably goes in anime. ._. -
