My mom and my dad were watching a movie in the living room, and since it's a Mexican movie you'd expect it to be about a whole bunch of guys on horses who shoot b----es but it's not.
It's about this one guy who sells balloons, and he's very poor. I'm not sure how exactly he did it because I didn't watch the beginning, but he finds a little boy whose unattended. Since the little boy has his vaccines and everything, el globero (who would you say that English? ._. It's a guy who sells balloon..) take him in and takes care of him. The boy's name is "Chapulin" from what I understand.
El globero is very lonely and poor, so loneliness was one of the reasons why he decided to take in the little boy. And despite them being poor, the boy is very happy with his 'dad' and even recognizes el globero to be his dad. Calls him "papa" and everything.
One day the parents call up el globero and tell him that he has their child, and from there he is met up with a man of the law and the parents and they pretty much force the little boy out of the other guy's hands and s---.
And it's so terrible what el globero says. He's saying things like "I'll give you my balloons, the little money I have.. I'll give you even the thing I use to inflate the balloons! It's German made, it's all I have!" And when the parents tell him that they will give him money to give up the child, he says that no money will ever be enough for the love a child brings. Finally the cop tells him that it's the law, and el globero says something like "The law.. It only hurts the poor and favors the rich! This country is supposed to respect the poor, too! All it does it makes us suffer!"
Then in the end, el globero has no other choice but to give the child. So he stops by the parents house and gives them Chapulin. When he starts leaving, Chapulin says "Dad, are we leaving so soon?"
And the guy says "No, I'm leaving." When the child starts approaching him he says "I'm not your father, you brat! I only stole you so you could work for me!"

So he basically leaves the house, and.. Yeah. Movie ends with him selling balloons, and some of them popping because the child was there, aiming rocks or whatever it was at them.
IT TOOK ALL OF MY INNER STRENGTH TO NOT CRY. -
Oh well, should have expected everyone to lose the f--- they were going to give me.
Now I'm seriously off. -

It reminds me of this movie where a woman was mental and stole a baby because she wanted children. They raise him to some extent, in which he knows them as his parents, but his real parents find him and take him back.
At some point the boy gets so upset that he runs off to go stay with his 'dad' again, since they live around each other. In which, the guy brings him back home.
There's quite a bit, and I can't remember it all. :P
