Both of my legs hurt. I was practicing my colorguard today and my sister was helping my stretch. I put my foot on the air and my sister pulled it so far back it hurts to walk.

ugh.....thaaaanks....and eh....for the whole year? i have no idea....we had to miss alot of days because of snow..probaly somewhere in mid june like ussual.
