So, there are four Clans of cats. ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan and WindClan. Each Clan has a leader, a medicine cat, a deputy, warriors, apprentices, kits, and queens. (Queens are cats who are pregnant or have kits younger than 6 moons.)
Leader: One leader per Clan, name examples: Firestar, Bramblestar, bluestar, Pinestar. (always end in "star.") Recieves nine lives.
Deputy: Second in command. Organizes hunting and border patrols. Becomes leader when leader dies.
Warriors: Hunt, battle, protect the Clan.
Medicine Cat: Treats sick or imjured, receives prophecies from StarClan (ancestors, like heaven sort of, but they visit cats in dreams)
Apprentices: Warriors or medicine cats in training. -
Example names:
Leader: Firestar, Leopardstar, Blackstar, Onestar.
Deputy: brambleclaw, Squirrelflight, Mistyfoot (same as warrior names)
Warriors: Sandstorm, Graystripe, Frostfur
Medicine cats: Leafpool, Cinderpelt, Spottedleaf, Echosong
Apprentices: Spiderpaw, Featherpaw, Stormpaw (always ending in "paw)
Kits: Hollykit, Lionkit, Jaykit -

Blood: Full Clan, but doesn't care.(Can be Half-Clan, meaning parents from different Clans, kittypet, (house cat), loner, or Clan blood.) -

(You're name can't start with star, because you may become leader one day and your name would change to Starstar XD Also, warrior or medicine cat apprentice? And do you live in WindClan?

Oceanpaw stretched out in front of the medicine den. Today she would visit the Moonstone and become a full medicine cat!
(The Moonstone is where med. cats visit every half moon to visit their ancestors in StarClan in their dreams.)
