"No, you're not." Chase stepped closer to amy. His face was a few inches away from hers. *tell me what happened.*

"I-I.." Amy closed her mouyh opened her mouth again to say something else but nothing came out.

"Shhhh, it's ok. you can tell me anything." Chase looked into amy's eyes.

Amy looked down and whispered. "Why?"

"Because i'm a nice and trust worthy person?" chase said quietly.

"It's...I..I don't know ok?" Amy says looking at his icy blue eyes and hugs him. She closes her eyes and wraps her arms around his waist. "It's just...."

Trying to change the subject Amy says the first thing in her mind. "Do you like me?" Amy blurts out regretting it right after it comes out her mouth. She squeezes her eyes shut feeling the rejection of another.First it was her mom now it was going to be Chase. -
Chase didn't know what to say. He bit his lip. *define the word "like"*

Amy breaths in and out her heart beating faster than normal. She felt like if she was going to have a heart attack. Warm hot blood coursing fast into her cheeks turni them light pink. "Like meaning having a certain pull or feeling toward someone who makes your heart...." she gulped and continued "beat faster, someone who you would like to date." Amy says opening her eyes. This was it, the part her world was going to tear apart and the only thing she had left was going to reject her.
