He's the Kazekage, which is the Kage of Sunagakure. He has a sad history, and had the kanji for "love" tatooed on his forhead. He manipulates sand and keeps a lot of it in a conatiner on his back because dry sand is easier to manipulate.

Well, you don't combine his name and the tattoo, but I guess so. He had it put there because he's never experienced love. From his father or any of his family. His village, either. He's the holder of the Shikaku, which is the one-tailed raccoon. So people say he has a monster living inside him, making him a monster. So he was never loved.

And yes, he did, Death. Gaara has two siblings, Temari and Kankuro. Temari is oldest and Gaara is youngest, but his siblings are scared to death of him, because he's strongest. The three of them are called the "Sand Siblings" and their sensei is Baki. -
