but the tricky part is knowing what choice is the right one to make. I try to listen to my intuition since that seems to put me in the right direction. But ironically, how can we know that the choice we are making wasn't fate's plan all along? Maybe by choosing our own fate, we are in fact being the weavers of fate itself, weaving the strands of what we think is a new web, but which itself is but a strand in a greater web. There may be webs within webs and strands within strands. But such musings are not for mortals, my friend, so I like to think... as you do... that I am charting my own course. Now if that course happens to be in harmony with some higher force's zenlike universal rightness, I'm cool with that. I don't ponder it much though, since it isn't something anyone can really ever figure out. The best we can do is live well, make the choices we feel are right, and hope for the best.
