I figured it out a while ago. It's because humanity doesn't want to have to think about anything. Lyrics about sex and alcohol and partying are so simple, they don't have to think about anything. Linkin Park, Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Adair... Those lyrics are deep. You're forced to think about it, seeking to understand it. Humanity wants none of that, oh no. That would be horrible. Bad artists for making meaningful music.

ok...i really wish i was your friend irl....we share some secrets....i cut too..but not with a knife, with my nails. i scratch myslef until i bleed....my friends don't know. when they ask me to cut my nails i say no because they are pretty long, but the real reasoon is, ya know.
i hae a lot of friends....but most of them are becoming more imature, silly, and hurtful by the minute,,,so no i only have 7 true friends.
i feel really alone and deppressed alot.....my great grandma died a few months ago...my mom called the school in the m,iddle of tech ed and i broke down crying in front of everyone...
my parents gave up o my brther,....his grades are s---...he is suicidal..and everyone hates him and thinks he's a freak...and one day... i know he's gonna end it.
these things make me feel like s---
drawing and my poems helped me express my feelings. i have 3 nootebooks full of my drawings. some of them are normal. like beaches, or feilds. other are secret messages drawn..and only i know what they mean. thats good...because those messages, are not good.
i feel so bad about everything. i'm nice to hide my feelings...if i didn't...i would have no friends....
a lot of kids at my school hate me and idk why...they don;t know me...no one did...not even my bestfriend, alex... but now you know.
i wish i was your friend, i wish i knew you irl...i really wish i knew you :( -
