He finished counting at 76. He seemed scared.

Nathans heart raced as he grew more tense. But then relaxation returned to him.

I stayed a few more minutes, and then left

When Xavier left, Nathan grinned evilly. He slowly rose from the bed and skipped creepily to the window, his knife in his pocket. He jumped up, latched onto the windowsill, and broke through it, jumping into the rain, being drenched. He landed on his feet, and began walking.

I left the hospital and started to walk home ( maybe another fight between them happens?! and I thought xavier had the knife!!! )

Nathan didn't have his knife. He felt empty without it. Walking along, numerous cars passed him. He filled with anxiousness for fear that they would hurt him. -
I ended up getting lost, I tried to find my way back to the hospital but got even more lost
