Holy god, that was beautiful.
I flipped through the books, wondering if they could be helpful. -
I know. Aren't the officers just sooo kind? :0
"C-can i-i gooo n-now?" I stuttered, immense fear burning in my chest. The officers chuckled. Blondie came around and opened the door, pulled me out, and pushed me down. I fell to the cement, still handcuffed. The jerks drove off, just barely missing me.. -
No, seriously. That was wonderful. *applauds*
I grabbed the books I wanted, checked out, and left. Nothing helped in the least. -
Oh. Well, thanks? I wasn't even trying...
I struggled desperately to get up. My heart was racing. -
Cool. Shall Alexander find him?
I slowly walked home, reading one of the books and seeing where I was going through my peripheral vision. -
I dunno. Your character, your choice. x3
I finally managed to sit up. I pushed myself to my feet, hot tears building up in my eyes. He handcuffs painfully pinched my skin. -
-.- you're no help
I kept walking. Since I didn't want to go home, I figured sitting near the lake would be nice. -
I sorry. 3':
What I failed to comprehend was how the officers could be so cold and cruel. They were so rude. Their words felt like knives cutting through my soul. I attempted formulating a plan to removed the cuffs from my wrists as I sobbed softly. -
Tis fne.
I made my way down toward the lake, reading all the while. -
:-)
I glanced around, and sighed. I depressively sat back on the bench, staring at my feet, giving up. Hope seemed to sucked from my body. -
I got to the lakeside and leaned against a tree, still immersed in the book.
(the tree is near the bench) -
(Mkay)
I glanced around, and spotted someone leaning against a nearby tree. Squinting, I came to the realization that it was none other than Alexander. Great. I got up slowly and tried walking away. -
O.O :OO He's leaving??!! Fine then. *acts offended*
I kept reading. There was someone else, but they seemed to want to be alone. I kept reading.
-.- My boyfriend is flirting with other girls. Again. -
No. I gots an idea.>:D
As I neared the cement, I tripped on a bulging tree root, falling to the ground, not being able to use my hands as support. I let out a soft cry as I made contact with the cement.
-.-" Oh Gawd. Does I need to b---- slap him? -
Ah, I see.
I immediately jerked out of my little sonnet world. That sounded like...I turned around and saw an all-too-familiar body laying on the cement. "What the?"
