"Stop it, it'll get worse" I say, I walk over to him and gently massage his wrists, the reddness fades away

I stood still at watched as the redness faded away.

I kneeled next to him and loosed the chains so they wouldn't hurt him so much

I sighed with relive. "I'm quite tierd. Maybe we should sleep."
