A girl and a boy are best friends. One day the girl gets into a car accident. The boy is destroyed, because he had feelings for her. She doesn't die though, she's in a coma. The boy can somehow talk to her when he is in the same room as her, in the hospital. One day he confeses his feelings for her, though she is still in coma. She states that she loves him too. She's about to die, the only choice they have is to give some of the boys lifetime to the girl. They will both die within five years, together.
