XX is a very paranoid person. He's afraid of people. He is a spy and a hacker, and people try to hunt him down all the time. He hates speaking to people, but when he wants to speak, he prefers to do it in Binary, so people will have a harder time understanding him...
He's a very hesitant character, but when he speaks normally, he has a tendency to try and hide his paranoia by being excessively calm and cold, in hopes of running off people who would take advantage of his fear. He usually ends up coming across as very uncaring and mean.
He's so afraid of people, he's learned several different techniques to protect himself, which allows him the assurance of his own abilities to pretend he's not afraid. Once each of these abilities are countered, he ends up in a corner muttering random numbers.
