  Creative Ideas are Needed?
  I'm starting to write a romantic story for a contest.
  
  I need help with generating ideas about the ending but here's the story so far...
  -Girl (Sora) falls in love with Detective (Lewis)
  -They both are action packed people that do dangerous jobs. Sora works for the FBI
  -Skyler is the evil guy. He's a god of death- you could say
  -Lewis and Sora start investigating a mysterious chain of deaths
  -Lewis suspects Skyler
  -Skyler ends up killing Lewis with divine powers
  -Sora doesn't know who killed Lewis, she just finds him dead
  -She is suspicious of Skyler and thinks he may be an all powerful being
  
  Now what? Should Sora threaten to kill Skyler? Should she make a deal with Skyler to get her true love back?
  
  I named two ideas that i don't like. Those ideas seem to 'mary sue' Or 'perfectionist'. I want my story to have a creative idea. Please help!
