      Ingredients:

*2 cans of Starkist (or any other good brand) solid tuna in olive oil (important that its in oil)

*1 box of Barilla (or, again, any good brand) pasta (any shape though I prefer penne and farfalla)

 * cup of of Parmesan cheese. I like using a blend of fancy cheeses such as Romano.

 *2 tsp. Butter

 *Onion powder (to taste)

 *Garlic powder (to taste)

 *Salt (to taste)

 *Pepper (to taste)

 Cooking instructions:

*Put your pasta in salted water and boil to your liking

*Drain out as much oil as you can from the tuna. And I mean AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. too much oil in the tuna can ruin the recipe.

*Saute your tuna in a nice big pan. keep in mind were gunna throw the pasta in there later!

*Add all your spices into the tuna to your desire

*Add in your drained pasta to the tuna along with the butter and cheese and stir until everything is nicely mixed and delicious. Remember: NEVER RINSE PASTA

 *Enjoy.
