  I think the reason it does that is to make sure you're not a robot. I mean, if you're a human being, it's easy to level up an account again.

  Same me! I left gotoquiz for quite a long time and when I came back the level bar decreased!!!! But now I'm almost leveling up! SQUEEEEEE!!!!!
