The "Doltish Villains Club"

Hey there! It's me, Clyde! I have returned as a participant in the "Matt Olsson Brainrot" trend on GoToQuiz.com (and elsewhere, if applicable). Apparently, all the other quizzes I have made received negative criticism. The choices (which was a multiple choice-based thing) contradicted each other and it was very confusing. It didn't encapsulate Matt Olsson's OCs, not even in the slightest. I promise I will improve making the quizzes without any contradicting information (such as the choices being excessively positive traits contrasting with the characters' actual trait), unless if it's for the contradictory meta-absurd "Matt Olsson Brainrot" trend, then yeah. Today's quiz is about Mel Grimson's "Doltish Villains Club" or the "D.V.C".

Disclaimer: It is important to realize that the "Matt Olsson" person isn't actually real. This is the central part of the meta-absurd in-joke that has been going on ever since mid-late 2024, and supposedly continuing on in mid-late 2025 or over time. It is not based on any other person with the same name, nor is it based on a real person. All five of the OCs actually belong to a handful of the 10-20 real-life participants, collaborators, and users who expand the lore and create more hypothetical scripts, content, episodes, and plots, etc. I am not the owner of any of the characters. They belong to their respective character creators. Also, this content is not for kids.

How the "Doltish Villains Club" even began.
- Mel Grimson (he/him/his), the intentionally extremely redundant dolt who always calls everyone and everything "dolt" or "doltish" (sometimes "doltishly"), has intentionally made his own "club", called the "Doltish Villains Club".
- The club is officially located in Elegans's room, which is located in Lloyd Chan's 1,200 sq. ft, 2 bed, 1 bath house in Santa Clara, CA 95051. This is intentionally used to satirize a typical villains' lair or a gathering of villains in other kids' shows.
- Mel Grimson randomly accepted Andrew Zhu (a contradictory, profane, talkative adult who hates God for making him, who is also Elegans's best friend) and Elegans (the literal adult male brown Protobothrops Elegans who can talk and play the trumpet who ages exactly like a human) as his "fellow dolts" or his "doltish villains".
- Lloyd Chan, the homeowner of the 1,200 sq. ft, 2 bed, 1 bath house in Santa Clara, CA 95051, and their friend, does not approve of the "Doltish Villains Club" (or the "D.V.C."), but because he's also contradictory, he doesn't try to shut it down or try to stop it from continuing. He is meta-aware that the "Doltish Villains Club" would be necessary, as without it, "he wouldn't be used to it".
Some of the most absurd "club meetings" in the "Doltish Villains Club".
- Some of the most absurd "club meetings" in the "D.V.C." has to be when the club even began. Mel Grimson introduced the concept of the "Doltish Villains Club", having weekly "club meetings" for his "fellow dolts".
- One of which is Mel Grimson needing one of his two "doltish villains" or "fellow dolts" to sabotage one of Lloyd Chan and Anna Yu's dates or their romantic relationship as a whole.
- One of which is Mel Grimson was devising an absurd "plan", involving Mel Grimson needing Andrew Zhu to dress up as Anna Yu (essentially cross dressing), the latter (Andrew Zhu) refusing, as he thinks it's "weird", and by extension, due to his contradictory nature, while he enjoys being in the "Doltish Villains Club", attending the meetings, listening to Mel Grimson and whatnot, he doesn't want to commit anymore crimes. Mel Grimson, enraged, contradictorily doesn't even kick Andrew Zhu out.
- Mel Grimson sometimes doesn't even want Elegans to show up, as sometimes Mel Grimson wants to commit a crime "solo".
Mel Grimson's absurd "club meeting" "speech".
- In one of the hypothetical episodes/hypothetical scripts another participant or user has created, Mel Grimson gives out an extremely redundant "president speech".
- Mel Grimson says, "And so, let there be no debate, debate for dolts, or a debate only a dolt can make. Because I, the most Mel Grimsonest Mel Grimson of all time, am the best, the most Mel Grimson, and the most Mel Grimsonest Mel Grimson choice for 'Doltish Villains Club' president!!!!".
- However, this declaration remains incomplete, as Elegans pointed out the fact that there's no snacks. Andrew Zhu also notices it too, but given his contradictory nature, he's frustrated that there's currently no snacks but he says he doesn't want any snacks and he "hates snacks".
- Mel Grimson admits it's his fault and it's no one else's, while still calling the other two "dolts". He then goes to the local grocery store to attempt to steal "seven kinds of doltish snacks".

- During a snack break, Mel Grimson asks Andrew Zhu, "what's your doltish villain schtick?".
- Andrew Zhu wasn't sure to give an answer, admitting he "doesn't have a valid answer for that".
- Mel Grimson, disregarding his "fellow dolt", says the two should collaborate, by singing a "stupid song" in public.
- Andrew Zhu wasn't sure how to even sing the song and doesn't even want to get into trouble, albeit, not for others' sakes.
Before the "Doltish Villains Club", Mel Grimson hated Andrew Zhu. However, even after Andrew Zhu is now Mel Grimson's "fellow dolt", he still calls him "Andrew the dolt".
- This isn't because of a complex and contradictory relationship dynamic, it's because Mel Grimson always uses "dolt", "doltish", and "doltishly", regardless of the context, regardless if he's talking about something he likes or hates (it's mostly what he hates, however), and regardless of someone's success, intelligence, talent, etc.
- Andrew Zhu is definitely not the smartest person ever, and he is so contradictory. This is part of the brainrotting aspects in the trend.
- Mel Grimson even calls Elegans "Elegans the doltish snake", not "playfully", but in a way that is encapsulating his intention to be intentionally extremely redundant deep down.
- Overall, Mel Grimson always refers to his two "club members" as his "fellow dolts", seeing them both as his "doltish villains", regardless if they don't want to commit the crime or want to commit crimes or any other regards.
Mel Grimson's contradictory "respect" for Elegans.
- Mel Grimson enjoys Elegans's trumpet-playing, but he calls it "doltish" and he says "good job, dolt!".
- Mel Grimson calls Elegans "Elegans the doltish snake", but respects him as a lead trumpeter, agreeing with Andrew Zhu that they should not bother Elegans while Elegans is at work (as a lead trumpeter).
- Elegans trying to be the voice of reason may result in Mel Grimson disregarding it, but Mel Grimson likes the idea, but doesn't go through with it.
- Elegans calling Andrew Zhu his "best bro", doesn't make Mel Grimson enraged. Nor does Elegans's excessively frequent usage of "bro" or "man".
When did the "Doltish Villains Club" start?
- The "Doltish Villains Club" started in early-mid October 2025. The idea of the "Doltish Villains Club" ultimately belongs to the respective participants and users who thought of this idea.
- As with everything else in the "Matt Olsson Brainrot" trend, the "Doltish Villains Club" is a purely imaginative, hypothetical, and unusual concept.
- The three members (Mel Grimson, Andrew Zhu, and Elegans) are aware that this is a trend, they are characters, and occasionally complains about the associated script in the hypothetical episode they may be in.
- Mel Grimson intentionally doesn't let the viewers, readers, audience members, or the participants know why he even set up this "club" right out of the blue.
Snacks.
- It consists of Sun Chips (only the original flavor), Pepsi (original), meatballs, white rice with green beans, gala apple (slices), cashews, chicken, celery, some bananas.
- No copyright intended, this is part of the brainrot, having an unnecessary variety of different foods.
- Mel Grimson completely forgot it was his turn to go get snacks for his own "club".
- This implies they all have a turn. Mel Grimson doesn't make it clear if it's a weekly thing, daily thing, or a yearly thing. That's the whole idea of the trend. Confusing, contradictory, meta, and not worth reading/watching/imagining.
Anna Yu's first role in this.
- While Anna Yu (Lloyd Chan's romantic and playful girlfriend) didn't join the "Doltish Villains Club", her playful "pretend supervillain" activity goes too far, as she intentionally lured the three "doltish villains" to the same local public park in Santa Clara, CA 95051, hoping they wouldn't be able to find their way back.
- They did, and Mel Grimson acts like a rational audience member, questioning her, asking her if "she actually thought they wouldn't be able to find their way back".
- The three "doltish villains" laugh at her.
- Andrew Zhu agrees that her "plan" is "flawed".
Anna Yu's second role in this.
- In the second part where she continues to playfully pretend she's a supervillain (or "Santa Clara's Villainess" in this case, she intentionally and playfully steals a bunch of stuff that belongs to Andrew Zhu, Mel Grimson, and Elegans, the Protobothrops Elegans respectively.
- Anna Yu stole Mel Grimson's TV remote, some of his junk food, Elegans's sheet music printouts for his trumpet-playing, Lloyd Chan's toothpaste, Mel Grimson's Pepsi, Elegans's trumpet, Andrew Zhu's bowl of meatballs, green beans, and white rice, and some of Lloyd Chan's binder paper and the novel he wrote.
- She uses them as "tools" to try to "defeat" Lloyd Chan (her own boyfriend), with Lloyd Chan providing a source of meta, asking her if she really thinks he can defeat him, not because Lloyd Chan is "powerful" or a "hero" himself, but the items and her playful portrayal as a pretend villainess is trivial and futile.
- Once again, the three "doltish villains" are enraged at her, demanding their stuff back, her giving back each of their stuff. But she didn't suffer any consequences, despite them being enraged, Lloyd Chan helping Anna Yu defeat the three "doltish villains". Mel Grimson yells, saying that none of the two (Lloyd Chan and Anna Yu) will ever learn how to be a "true doltish villain". This hypothetical episode, created by the respective participants and users, is meta-absurd.
