      When I wake up I am too sleepy and I used to yawn on the school. Do you guys have any ideas or exercise that can help me?

      I guess you should just get plenty of sleep. Also, never skip breakfast, and make it nutritious. I make sure I eat a banana or two before I head out. It's a good source of energy.

      Try doing what I do. Get your blpod pumping and you'll be energetic fast, but make sure to maintain a healthy diet. Do 20 diamond pushups right after you get out of bed, then do 20 punch-sit ups after. After your shower (assuming you take morning showers like I do) do 50 crunches and then 10 leg raises. You'll be energized for a bit and you'll be ready to roll for a while. Matters what you eat for how long you'll have the energy, though. You need carbs, so try to start with fruit in the morning. Healthy alternative to the traditional breakfast

      Natalya NoviceI suggest you sleep for about 9 or 10 hours. That should help. I sleep about 9 hours every night. In the morning you could do some stretching exercises. An ideal breakfast in your case would be a bowl of fortified cereal with milk, a fruit (banana, apple mango etc.), and a glass of juice, water, or tea. See if that helps, Jeeshan.
