Vincent snuggled close.

Sebastian grinned.

Vincent smiled. He suddenly jumped up. ‘I made something for you last night!’ he said, running to his desk.

“You did?” Sebastian stood up, running after him.

Vincent opened his desk and pulled out a small device. He set it on the table and pressed a button. It started emitting a slightly muffled tune. Vincent looked very proud. ‘I’ve never managed to successfully make a music box without speakers before. My first one is for you.’

Sebastian took the music box in his hand. “I love it.” He smiled.

Vincent beamed. ‘You do?’

“Yeah, it’s beautiful.”

‘I tried to draw a bird on the back. It didn’t really work.’

Sebastian looked at the back. It looked like a oddly shaped blob that could have been a bird if birds had a misshaped face and spiked wings. “Oh, cool.”
