Cohen gave up with a huff after a bit, resting his head on the desk.

'You sure you're OK?'

"I'm fine. Just too tired to do this." Cohen mumbled.

'Did something happen last night?' Hazel asked

"I barely got any sleep." Cohen responded vaguely.

'Why?'

"Parents." Cohen said quietly.

'Oh God. What did they do?

"Mostly just yelled. And watched a really loud movie in the middle of the night."

'That sucks. What were they yelling about?'

"A lot of things." Cohen looked up at Hazel. "Nothing you'd want to hear."

'I do want to hear it,' Hazel said, putting down her pen.

"Fine. But not in class."

Hazel frowned. 'Alright,' she said, growing worried.

Cohen didn't say anything else. He eventually grabbed his pencil and did one question.
