They got to the giraffe enclosure. There were at least three, and the two stood on a platform with a fence so they could look down at the giraffes. 'Look!'

"wow! It's almost tall enough to look into my room at the facility!" Florence shouted. He flapped his wings with joy and listened to the strange creatures he saw

Collins chuckled, leaning on the railing as she watched one giraffe eat leaves. 'They have blue tongues, too.'

"Wow! They're like me! Hi giraffes!" Florence shouted excitedly to the creatures.

Collins grinned, resting her chin on the palms of her hands. 'They can't talk, y'know.'

"aww, I thought they could. I mean, the creator has been out for awhile. I thought they might be from his new lab" Florence said

'Nah, they're normal animals, which is bizzare since they're so tall,' Collins said.

"those are normal? I've never seen anything bigger than me." Florence said. He mimicked a horse.

‘There are a lot of things bigger than you. Come on, let’s go look at the elephants!’

"what are elephants?" Florence asked with wide eyes. He flapped his wings

Collins grabbed his hand and led him away from the giraffes. ‘They have big ears and kind of look like a horse, except fatter and they have a trunk.’

"fat horses? Those sound like experiments. Like the one where the assistant researcher combined a human and a horse." Florence said as he followed Collin and hummed the familiar tune of a certain music box.

‘It’s not an experiment, promise.’ They got to the other side of the giraffe enclosure, where the elephants were kept. ‘Look, there they are!’

"that's unreal!" Florence shouted in disbelief. He wanted to go right down and pet it's ears, but that seemed extra illegal.

‘It’s very real. Baby elephants are so cute,’ Collins said, grinning.
