Sgrios screeched in anger and pain as he fought against the chains the other gods had trapped him in, holding hin still as one of them dumped acid into his eyecockets to blind him. He felt a burning pain on his wrists and ancles, before screeming in pain as something locked around his throat and nearly drove him unconscious as his magic was forcibly locked away. He slowly regained awareness as he was dragged across the ground by the chains, feeling strangly numb as he hung limply in their grasp. He recognised the feeling of a portal opening, and then he started falling
Wren was polishing the wooden surface of her table, which she set for two out of habit. It had been two years since Venom had left. Two years since the last time she'd been able to live with herself. She stared at the gleaming wood and the reflection that stared back at her.
Sgrios felt the wind ripping at his ears as he fell, the chains rapidly becoming icy cold while the shackles and collar still burned white hot. He struggled to draw in breath, feeling his grip on consciousness slipping beforw letting out a choked cry as he crashed through several tree branches and collided with the ground
Wren heard a loud thump in the distance and jumped, her cloth slipping on the table. She run to a window and pulled its curtains back, seeing birds fly away in alarm. A sense of fear pulsed through her, but it was mixed with curiosity and a sense of adventure. She threw a coat on and ran outside to investigate.
Sgrios cried silently in pain amd fear, laying limply on the ground. He coukd feel his magic raging painfully in his core, the enchantments on his bindings preventing it from escaping. He tried to get up, crying out when his arm crumpled under him and he fell into the dirt
Wren heard a cry of pain and picked up her pace, running towards the sounds. She came to a halt at the edge of a crater and saw a small form in the center. She carefully made her way to it and knelt beside it, assessing the stranger. "Hello? Can you hear me?"
