  Actually, I used to be a Seventh-day Adventist. They have church service on Saturday, the 7th day of the week, (hence Seventh-day Adventist.) This day is called the Sabbath. Their prophetess of the church is Ellen G. White, who has written many books on health reform. The Adventists place a strong emphasis on "Health Reform," and most are vegetarians having their own line of foods. I learned a wealth of information from the Bible, and health reform because they teach strictly from the Bible, and adhere to Ms. Whites books. Google Seventh-day Adventist to find out more information about these peculiar people.
