Supermodels have surgery to get full lips, so by doing the duckface a girl may hope then that they may also have the same lips as them, then they achieve their goal. Also it may just symbolize them giving a kiss. Some girls also tend to do it if they see other people doing it, even if they don't know what it means.
No matter what, I don't like it. I think it's disgusting. :I -

The duck face is a lie. A TRUE duck face is when you take two pringles, flip them over, and then stick them in your mouth. :P

Only Cha can do duck face the right way. Because he smiles that way a lot. Even when he was younger. xD
