He looked up at the red dragon and nodded and tried and a small puff off flame yet extremly hot came out yet the fire was black and gold. He tried again and it worked a bigger flame came out

Good. Keep practicing, and you could do this *I opened up my jaws and let a long, hot stream of flame escape my jaws.
