if he can't tell the people at the hospital that you were looking for your sister and saw some people killing her. Tell them that the killers ran into the woods and got away. Tell them you didn't know what to do and after you got over the shock you tried getting to a safer place, which is your friends house. Tell them from there it was straight to the hospital.
