  also side note, i didn't really get all the deh hate that a lot of ppl seem to have, but after seeing n2n i can kinda understand it. n2n definitely had a much better portrayal of mental health, despite both shows focusing on different types of issues and stuff- and i do get it, ppl think evan's annoying and his actions for basically using the murphy family for popularity should've gotten more consequences lmaoo
  but it was the first musical i was ever introduced to and the first one i saw a stage performance of (technically not true bc i saw i think mary poppins or peter pan? but i don't really remember seeing it lol) so it's always kinda held a special place in my heart bc it was what got me into theatre lol
