yesss exploration is your friend, and there's no spot that looks "not suspicious enough"

for mondstadt and liyue specifically, you can redeem anemo & geo sigils at the little store in town with a diamond icon.
for inazuma, you'll wanna go to the sacred sakura tree at narukami shrine.
for sumeru, there's a tree of dreams in the vanarana area.
for fontaine, you'll go to the fountain of lucine (its own big location)
and natlan, you'll go to tona's flame in the great stadium -
mondstadt and liyue offer you artifacts and level up materials, while the other nations offer those & primogems. so you'll have to get to inazuma first before seeing those primos, but the things you get from the shops in mondstadt & liyue will help you get to inazuma
