bluebell cookie- from vanilla kingdom, now serving shadow milk.
silvermist cookie- from the silver faerie kingdom.

since candy apple cookie says that shadow milk made her, (get your mind out of the gutter) and all their interactions imply he DESPISES HER, I think that he's actually trying to push her away so he or her don't get hurt. -
