I'm still alive. I was studying all day. And I felt a little ill, so I took some meds and went to bed for an hour.

I feel better now. Just a bad IBS flair up. Now I have therapy in. Like, 5 minutes.

It’ll be okay.

I’m sleepy, though.

As of today, we have officially been diagnosed with OSDD.

It's a relief to know this wasn't all in my head after all this time. Maybe now I'll feel less weird about logging, talking to alters, and seeing the inner world.

Maybe I'll stop doubting myself.
