THEY PUT ME IN CAROUSEL AGAIN SO I JUST CALLED THEM AND ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY WAY I COULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STAND
YAYYYY MAYBE WE CAN GO ON BREAK TOGETHERRR -
anyways, my end of year tests are in
for math I got proficient (they grade them really weirdly and particularly based on what specifically you're good at and struggling with, but I basically got a 3/4), for English I got highly proficient (4/4, which is basically mastery for this particular test)
for biology we did a pre ACT test since I'm doing that in a few years, so it's showing how good I am at reading, processing, AND basic science, as well as some advanced stuff (it mixes biology, physics, earth science, AND biology on it, and I've only taken biology, so it's more asking how i can handle stress and read the questions rather than actually asking what I know). I got a 27 on it and since I'm a freshman, that means I'm predicted to get a score in the low 30s once I take the legit ACT (if you don't know anything about ACTs, if you get within the 30s on it that means you can get MASSIVE scholarships from very nice colleges) -
im researching ACT scores now lol
the mean for the science ACTs is a 19, so a 27 is verrry good, especially considering I don't have to take the real ACT for another 2 years bc fReShmAn, so it's likely to increase -
Also, for the ACTs for u, it might be online…I think they finna stop doing the paper one

considering the fact that the AP tests are online this year, I bet the ACTs will be too

dance competitions are so weird, like they give everyone a participation trophy, and then give all but 10 or so kids a bunch of medals for being really really good dancers -
i mean i get why they're awarding the exceptional performances, there are some dancers that definitely deserve extra recognition, it just gets to a point where it's more like singling out the people who DIDNT do good rather than shining the spotlight on the fantastic performances

plus my uncle and his two little kids showed up and i got them free ice cream so now I'm the favorite cousin/nephew -

idem i just think it's funny how she made a playlist called "cutting all the rude people out of my life :D" and the blocked me IMMEDIATELY after like okay believe what you want -
easter was chill lol
my cousins gave me a bunch of clothes today and they all gave MASSIVE twink at a bookstore vibe today and i loved it
