I feel like he's going to flip out and say he doesn't want to be friends anymore because I'm talking to a male that's not him. Even though I said we were friends.

Men are complicated. I'm just doing my homework from my therapist, which was try to engage with people so I feel less anxiety in social settings. And she told me to practice with gaming since gaming makes me comfortable and it's fun.
