I have anxiety and panic disorder so def dying, but the fear of it prevents me from living to a certain extent

To answer the thread title:

Living is more scary than dying. We all know what happens when you die (maybe that varies depending on religion, but either most people go to heaven or we just lay in the ground forever) but life is more unpredictable.

Living to know you're gonna die anyway is more scary in my opinion
