i can always feel how everyone in the room looks at me.. and i think they know something’s wrong too
tldr; thanksgiving is gonna SUCK -
when doesn’t thanksgiving suck for me tho?? i can’t ever tell i’m full until it’s too much, i get stressed out by all the smells and people and sounds, and there’s hardly ever any food that doesn’t feel gross in my mouth…. usually i just eat the mashed potatoes and call it a day

honestly sometimes i can’t ever tell i’m hungry until someone makes me eat something….. or i let my guard down and slip into that sad state of ‘all or nothing’ after eating something i’ve labeled as ‘bad’. i don’t know what i’ll do to fix that yet
