"Rafael!" a horrified voice shouted. Ratchet onlined his closed optical sensors. "Rafael? What about h- Oh, Primus!" Rafael was standing in the doorway, looking shocked. Optimus looked down at Ratchet, thinking up an excuse.
"Rafael, do you have yet to have health class?" Ratchet asked.
The little boy shook his head. Ratchet swallowed. "Do you have any idea what were doing?" Rafael blushed. "Well, I-I do, but I'm didnt know that... Uh... Are you guys... Having sex?"
Before Ratchet could answer, he felt Optimus reach for his face. The medic smiled sweetly and allowed the Prime cup his face. "Yes, Rafael. We are," Optimus whispered softly.
A gasp was heard. "I didnt know- Well, I don't think that's possible!" Ratchet couldn't hold in his laughter. "To your species, no, it isn't. But to Cybertronians, however-" Ratchet shifted so he could slide off of Optimus and out of the tub.
"-It is. You see, Rafael-"
A worried noise interrupted Ratchet mid-sentence. "Ratchet... he's so young..." Ratchet smiled. "I know. But if he has already had health class, then he should learn our sexual lives too."
"I sincerely doubt someone stripped in their education building to show the children," Optimus said, sitting up in the tub. Ratchet rolled his optics. "Its fine." Optimus slumped in defeat. "Fine," the Prime muttered.
"Good." The medic pulled his attention back to the child.
"Humans have only one sex, correct?" Rafael nodded. "Well, look here."
Ratchet opened his spike panel. "Cybertronians have both."
Rafael stared in interest, not pleasure, being too young to
experience such things quite yet. "Both? Do you use both?"
Ratchet shook his helm. "No. You humans have vaginas and penises. We call them valves and spikes. If a mech decides to use his spike for the rest of his life, he is called a spike mech. If he decides to use his valve, he is a valve mech, although, he is still a mech."
"Why do you have both?"
"Because femmes are rarer then you think, young one. Only 2 femmes out of 15 are born a year."
"Can a mech give birth?"
Ratchet nodded. "Yes. But its harder to get sparked then a femme." Rafael gave a confused face. "Soo Youre a valve mech?" Ratchet nodded his helm again. "Well, how do you tell if a sparkling is a girl or a boy?"
Ratchet chuckled. "By their spark. A mech's spark is blue. A femme's spark is gold. Obviously, Megatron's would be purple because of that scrap he shoved into his spark chamber."
Rafael nodded. "Okay. Thanks, guys. I have to go. 'Bee might be looking for me. Have fun!"
Ratchet and Optimus froze, both blushing wildly.

Umm... That would maybe be interesting if it wasn't Transformers...
