Can anyone help me how to sign in Google Play Games with my account? It says I don't have an internet connection. What to do?

I have a 2G connection but when i downloaded it 2 days back it was ok but accidently i tapped on clear app data and cache on the Google Play Games app.

After that i signed out and couldn't sign in till now.

It's time to move to 3G, or even 4G
Why don't you download it again? -
It is installed on my device but could not sign in.

I'm not a gadget geek but...
Make sure you're using the same Google Account on your computer and Android device
Open the Google Play Store app .
Touch the Menu icon . You'll see the account you're signed in to at the top of the menu.
If you want to select a different account, touch the dropdown arrow . -
