Oversleeping should make life better :/

I can't get more than nine hours
Or my neck and or back will hurt
I'll get headaches
And I'll be depressed
It's more of the last rn -
how does all that happen from sleep

I believe it has to do with my spine
As for depression it's probably something to do with hypersomnia -
do you like sleep in some odd position
