It won't exactly kill the gene, but kill the cells that have it. Well, assuming that those cells are in mitosis throughout most of their life cycle. But since homosexuality has to do with how you think and how your emotions play out, it would be safe to say that those "defective" cells were in your brain. Which would mean you'd have to kill brain cells, and those don't heal much. So yeah, chemotherapy definitely cannot work like that

Slayer: Assuming it's a gene, you cannot change it with will power unless if you could mess with the gene at the molecular level, and humans can't do that with thought. So yes, you still have the "gene". You're just ignoring it, unless if the gene got damaged somehow
