I've been cutting myself, crying, making people cry and feeling guilty.

Don't cut, they make you look ugly as f--- and gives people to make fun of you. Trust me, I know.
Crying means you've been strong for too long.
Making others cry gives you the opportunity to see their true emotions.
I feel guilty all the time. Don't let it form who you are, though. -
