  Vigilance is basically the act of being careful about possible danger, I think. So he's telling you to be cautious about what you post? What are you doing in the picture?

  Absolutely nothing. Just staring into the camera I suppose.
  
  perhaps he is telling me that I am beautiful (which I am not) and to guard my heart/body. Idk
